mercy of Allah to people
|When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: Let them also, with a will, Listen to My call, and believe in Me: That they may walk in the right way.
|But to Allah belong all things in the heavens and on earth: And He it is that Encompasseth all things.
|No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision: He is above all comprehension, yet is acquainted with all things.
|And be not like those who started from their homes insolently and to be seen of men, and to hinder (men) from the path of Allah: For Allah compasseth round about all that they do.
|It was We Who created man, and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein.
|Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat.
|And ye the while (sit) looking on.
|But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not.
|Seest thou not that Allah doth know (all) that is in the heavens and on earth? There is not a secret consultation between three, but He makes the fourth among them, - Nor between five but He makes the sixth,- nor between fewer nor more, but He is in their midst, wheresoever they be: In the end will He tell them the truth of their conduct, on the Day of Judgment. For Allah has full knowledge of all things.
